Restore Spine & Sport (a trading name of The Practice Group Limited) follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Here is what happens when you use the forms on this website.
What we collect
What you type into a form: your email address, and for questions your name, phone number (optional), topic and message. We also note which page you used and, if you arrived from one of our ads or links, which one. We don't store your IP address.
Why
To reply to you, and to let you know when we open if you've asked us to. We don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's kept
Submissions are stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. Only Dr Brad Fougere and our website administrator can see them. We keep submissions for up to four years, then delete them automatically. If you've asked for updates, we keep just your name and email for that until you unsubscribe. Messages you send may include health information, so please keep the detail for your appointment.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects general information such as pages viewed and approximate location. It never receives what you type into our forms. You can opt out with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
